You are pregnant, have a contagious illness or condition (for in-person classes), have a injury or operation or physical condition that may be a risk. Any other important health considerations that may affect your ability to safely participate.

You have a serious physical restriction or injury, you have a significant health condition (e.g., heart disease, brain injury, diabetes, etc.) you have recently undergone surgery or given birth (especially via C-section), you have a condition that increases your risk of injury, such as osteoporosis.
